BEPURE GUT RENEW PROBIOTIC
Each bottle of BePure Gut Renew Probiotic contains 60 servings, which is a two month supply when taking the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules per day.
ADULTS: 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach. Recomended 30 minutes prior to your first meal of the day and two hours after your final meal.
CHILDREN: BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is great way for younger children to use probiotics. This can be taken as a capsule if your child is capable of safely swallowing these, alternatively capsules can be opened and placed into a beverage or onto food. If under 12 years old, take half the adult dose.

NUTRITIONAL DIRECTIONS
WARNING:
BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach. 30 minutes prior to consuming a meal or 2 hours after.
If it is your first time taking BePure products we recommend starting slowly with a half dosage and working your way up to the full dosage over a week or two.
Suitable to take when pregnant and breastfeeding.
BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is stable at room temperature; however, refrigerating it may increase shelf life. Refrigeration is recommended if room temperature exceeds 30ºC.
