Shipping & Returns
Express the Best will complete returns in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act.
Shipping Costs are Non Refundable once used.
Express the Best will Repair any faulty products in the first instance, but may opt to replace with a new product if we deem it necessary to do so. The product must be shipped to us for inspection. We understand you may need your pump asap and we will work fast to complete this process asap.
We do not do cash refunds however if we see it is necessary, you may be eligible for a store credit if the item is returned in its original state within 30 days of purchase. This is after discussion with us.
You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of your package being returned to our office, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are experiencing reduced or lost suction from your breast pump
Please refer to the troubleshooting page for pumps to assist in getting the best performance from your pump.
Reminder: Consumable parts (Shield Kits, air lines, membranes and bottles) are not covered under the warranty and once used are non-refundable, If the pump is sucking at the body it is most likely an air leak due to assembly of the individual pieces.
Many of these consumable parts do require replacement typically after 3 months use.
We can ship Nationwide in New Zealand with the exclusion of PO Boxes and Private Bags.
